We have lived at MacEwan Greens for approximately two years now. The apartments are in a variety of plans and sizes, from 1 room “Manhattan” suites to 1,2, and 3 bedroom, some with studies, as well as a collection of “loft” suites with mezzanine floors providing entertainment area sized access to spacious roof decks in addition to the wrap around balconies found on most of the corner suites.

The complex is surrounded on 3 sides by open fields, which deliver views that range from pleasant to extraordinary. Every suite has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The main facility has 4 elevators and two entrances, and the new building has its own entrance and elevator. There is a large amount of visitors parking, as well as heated underground parking at competitive rates. There is also a self-contained section of pet friendly suites on the east side of the complex, that have a dedicated dog patch, and are closer to popular fields and walking paths. There is also a spacious and attractive barbecue/entertainment area at the north west side of the complex.

The complex is very secure with bright lights in the parking areas and secure, fob controlled entrances.

We initially lived in the per friendly area, and subsequently moved to a smaller apartment on the opposite side of the building.

This is a special place to live. The management and staff are a pleasure to deal with, everything one can reasonably ask for is taken care of promptly and efficiently. Passages and entrance ways are kept clean, the parking areas are promptly cleared of snow and one always feels safe and secure here.

I do not believe that there is another rental facility that offers the same quality and variety of accommodation at market prices in this area as you will find here.
