Trick or Treat party in the Lobby Oct 31, 4pm – 6pm
As there is no door to door Trick or Treating in the building, we will have a table set up in the lobby for Trick or Treaters. If you want to donate treats for kids , please feel free to drop them off in the office, or come down to the lobby between 4pm-6pm on October 31 and help us hand out treats to all the little ghosts and goblins.

Reminder
Tenants are not permitted to park in visitor parking. Vehicles will be towed
Please keep in mind that the speed limit in our parking lot is 10 km. We have a lot of kids and pets out there, Stay safe everyone.
With these cold winter mornings upon us, please be careful in the parking lot and . around your vehicle, for slippery patches.

When using BBQ’s please keep them away from the building

Don’t keep garbage and bottles on the balcony

Never leave candles or insect repellant candles unattended

Please make sure your Tenant Insurance is up to date

For your convenience we have installed new Bike Racks at the North End of the underground parkade. 10km underground Please. 10km outside PLEASE.

A very big THANK YOU to everyone that moved their vehicle’s out of the parkade and the outside parking lot so we could have them.

When the sun is out…so are the kids…use caution in parking lots

We have recently changes the Handicapped Parking stalls to accommodate Loading Zones. The stalls can now be found in the 1st visitor parking stalls in front of the building. Permit must be visible at all times.

With Spring approaching, please keep in mind that kids are out and about in the Parking Lot and Underground Parkade. Both Parking Lots are 10km. Please sloe down.

For those of you who do not use your dishwashers, could you please run them at least once a month to prevent the seals from drying out. Thank You.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR YOUR EFFORTS TO KEEP OUR GARBAGE BIN AREA CLEAN.  WITH THE WARMER WEATHER APPROACHING IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE YOUR GARBAGE ACTUALLY GOES IN THE BINS INSTEAD OF ON THE GROUND.
