What is Cause For Me to Contact my Landlord RIGHT AWAY?
An emergency is considered anything that has broken, in or out of your suite that can cause MAJOR health and safety issues for you or others in the building:

• FLOODING
• FIRE
• SEWER BACK UP

Please keep in mind that any repair and maintenance requests after hours can be subject to hourly rates of $30/hour if not an emergency!
* plunging a toilet or changing a light bulb is a tenant responsibility. Please make sure you are prepared to take care of the smaller repairs such as those items. All non-emergency repairs should wait until regular office hours.

Our guest suite books up fast… We have a 2 bdrm + Den available at $80/night. Pets are welcome in this suite! Call the office and reserve early!

PARKING
– Parkade is only for registered tenants. Call if you want a secure stall please
– Park at your own risk. This includes vehicles too large for height allowance, not entering/exiting within allotted time for door closure, theft, damages
– Visitor parking will be enforced & is for visitors only, not tenants
– It is our policy to put a notice on any vehicles not registered with us & then we tow…It is up to the tenant to ensure the office has the correct parking info for your vehicle. Please call to confirm we do!
