Hello tenants of MacEwan Greens! We hope that you all are staying warm as the weather begins to cool! Please help us thank our new Maintenance man, Todd. He has tirelessly been working in and around the building. We would also like to say a HUGE thank you to all of our tenants that have been so wonderfully patient with us during the recent changes as we try to make your home a great place to live!

We would also like to announce our “One Year Free Rent” winner! We drew Carla R., who will be joining our building very soon. We can’t wait to have her here!

PLEASE put all of your garbage items in the large bins located within the fenced enclosure next to the entrance of the property. Do not throw it over the fence as sometimes it misses the bin and other times the lid might be closed. Large furniture or household items of that nature are not permitted in our garbage space. If you place them there, you may be charged with the cost of removing them. There is a dumping station located at Division No. 11, AB T0C 2K0.

Just a quick reminder…while we love the fur babies, we DO NOT permit any pets to use the patios or balconies as a place to go to the bathroom. Should you allow this you may be subject to charge’s for any necessary clean up. Thank you for your co-operation.

As per your lease, be advised that this is a non-smoking building. We have been noticing quite a few butts around the area. It is a severe fire hazard. Help keep your home safe, smelling and looking beautiful!
