The Rules of the Contest for 1 Year Free Rent are as follows:

1. Eligibility:
2. Must be a legal resident of the Province of Alberta and is 18 years of age or older
3. The winner may be required to provide personal information to Ironwood Management Ltd for the purpose of a credit check to be approved and execute a 12 month lease representing the Prize described herein. If the winner is a current tenant at MacEwan Greens, the winner must be current in rent and any other applicable fees at the time of the draw.
4. Contest Period:
5. The Contest will run until noon on Friday, September 8th 2017
6. Prize:
7. One Year Rent Free for a 2 bedroom suite or a suite of equal or greater value in MacEwan Greens, Leduc, Alberta, to be used on or before December 31, 2018
8. The Winner agrees to accept that the Contest is awarding rent free only for the specified term and all additional fees and charges including utilities, pet fees, and security deposit will be paid upon redemption of the Prize and/or throughout the lease term as applicable
9. How to Enter:
10. Entrants must complete the form located in the rental office on site (registering and agreeing) to receive emails from Ironwood Management Ltd and MacEwan Greens Entrants must complete the online form on the MacEwan Greens website www.macewangreens.com
11. Limit 1 entry per person during the entire Contest Period. Entrants may be disqualified if multiple entry attempts are made, false information or any other means of falsifying identity for the purpose of winning the contest. The disqualification of entries will be at the sole discretions of Ironwood Management Ltd and/or MacEwan Greens.
