Hello to all tenants of MacEwan Greens!

We have moved the garbage bins side by side to make it easier to have all garbage go into the bins. I have noticed that it is very hard for children to open and throw the garbage in, so please try and not have them do it. We are all trying to keep our home as clean and neat as we can. If you see someone just throwing their waste over, please inform us or ask them not to, as they frequently miss the bin.

Just a quick reminder while we love the fur babies, we DO NOT permit any pets whatsoever to use the patios or balconies as a place to go to the bathroom. Should you allow this you may be subject to charge’s for any necessary clean up. Thank you for your co-operation.

Remember not to leave windows or patio doors open for extended periods in freezing weather, it can cause pipes to burst!

Newsflash…we have added a 2 Bedroom furnished guest suite for visitors!
2 bedroom suite is $80 per night
1 Bedroom suite is $50 per night!
If you would like to book this suite for your family or friends just come down to the office, or call Ilona or Jen at 780-920-1952.

Please note the office will be closed November 11th for Remembrance Day.

We will be having a “Year End Tenant Appreciation” afternoon/evening on November 25.2016 from 4 – 7 pm and would like to invite everyone to stop by and have some refreshments and meet the staff.

We still have a few Stalls underground available, be first before the snow flies…
